I have been a client of Roger Fox for over 18 years and have been very happy with the products and advice offered.  I don’t know very much about the financial/investment world, but Roger has always taken the time to inform and educate me about various options and provided strategies to help me reach my goals.  Above all, I know my money is not at risk, and that is big deal to me with the current state of things.  Roger is very accommodating and one of the most patient people I have dealt with.  He listens to and cares about his customers and their retirement savings.  Additionally, Roger took care of my parents’ accounts prior to them passing away, and that is so appreciated!

I have known Roger since 2006 when he took over servicing my Prudential accounts.  I have always looked forward to his visits, and he even makes house calls, a rarity these days, but I’m grateful that I don’t have to drive on US 19.  Roger listens, answers my questions, and only makes recommendations that will help me.  I was 73 years young when I met Roger, and I am happy to say that I have never had to worry about my money.

I am not a letter writer but thank you for putting up with me because I am not always easy to deal with, so I pick up the phone when I need help.  When my wife passed away in 2011, I called to have someone look over all our papers and insurance policies.  They kept telling me to drive out to the office, but it was too far.  I called many times and then Roger finally called back to help.  He made a lot of trips to my house because we had boxes of papers that my wife put away.  Roger found things I forgot we even had, life insurance policies, and legal papers.  He helped me get my bank records together and even had me talk to a lawyer.  I don’t particularly like lawyers.  Once in awhile Roger would come and have breakfast with me, right around the corner from my house.  All my family lives back north, so it was nice for him to check on me.  I thank you for such good customer service and I will miss it when my kids move me back up to Pennsylvania.

I first met Roger when he was hosting a lunch presentation at Olive Garden. I only went because my friend didn’t want to go alone, so I tagged along. I was impressed with his openness and knowledge about the products and services offered, and his answers to retirement questions. We took his card and left because we had another engagement, so I really didn’t get to speak with him then. About a year or so later he actually hosted a presentation in the clubhouse where I live, and I listened more intently.  This time, I invited him to come to my home and speak with my husband and I.  I am so thankful I made this decision; we were able to move a good portion of our money into protected accounts. When my husband began having serious health issues and passed away, I was relieved that our money was secure and worry free. When the stock market went down badly in 2008, some friends of mine were caught napping (or thought they knew it all) and lost a sizeable amount of money, but I never did!  Roger stands behind his products and recommendations and always lets me know what is going on with my accounts and the choices I have.  I also have a real appreciation for the benefits of annuities, something I never heard from our stockbroker.  I would recommend Roger and his services to anyone who wants a safe retirement.
